I was inspired by 's awesome sprites, so I decided to try it out myself :3
It's actually really fun... X3!!
I'm working on a few others right now. I have TONS of those little perler beads spread all over my table (I got a huge bucket from Michaels, and found a bunch at the Goodwill for super cheap )... sad thing is, I still need more >__<;;
Anyway, here is Shin, from Crayon Shin-chan. Enjoy <3
Wow, that's really impressive! I was always terrible with those beads. I'm real clumsy and that characteristic doesn't really work well with tiny, tiny beads. :/ Very cute.

Thank you <3 This is actually my first time working with these beads (I was more of a "make tiny things out of Fimo clay" child).
My only real problem with these was my hands would hurt after sorting them for awhile x_x And that tub of 11,000 took a good long time to get sorted...

Awwww...I"m glad that I inspired you Shin Chan looks great! I also feel your pain for the sorting...some times it seems never ending.I was blown away when I discovered that they sell them in single colors lol
Yes, one of the drawbacks of the huge buckets is you get tons of one color, and very little of others @_@ I'm glad they sell the single colors--I'm going to need to order some soon <3
Also, I was curious whether you order yours directly from the Perler website, or if there's somewhere else you get them from?

I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
